Multimodality and context integration
A conversation is so much more than just stringing words and sentences together. We can use any given information to display the most relevant information. Usage and conversation history are used to establish an actual relationship between conversational agents and users. Chatbots know what users are seeing and can react context-sensitively. By using various handover and content strategies, users receive information in exactly the way that suits them best.

Every conversation is unique! We equip our conversational agents with individual personalities that are reflected in the language. Together, we work out the aspects that make up empathetic and targeted communication for companies and users. We have our own tools and develops processes that we use and make accessible.
Ideal use cases and technologies
Select the right use cases for conversational AI applications — and vice versa. That is the basis of every successful project. Together, we work out the requirements and find the ideal technical implementation. In doing so, we identify the ideal combination of different technologies and providers.
